Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in estate management, luxury residential services, or high-end hospitality
- At least 7 years of experience in operations or general management, ideally within estate management or luxury landscaping construction and maintenance services
- Strong background in financial management, P&L oversight, and strategic growth initiatives
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with an emphasis on discretion and trust
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience in talent development and workforce training
- Implement operational efficiencies and performance-driven strategies to improve service and profitability
