Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, general management, or business development within landscape construction projects, maintenance in the high-end industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Demonstrated ability to scale business operations while maintaining excellence and financial discipline
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency
- Financial acumen, including P&L management, EBITDA growth, and financial reporting
- Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to develop and inspire a results-driven culture
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset, capable of leading through a transition and driving continuous improvement
