Job Summary
Lead, train, and coach team members while overseeing daily store operations, assisting with vehicle maintenance, and managing staffing, scheduling, and performance. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues, maintain facility standards and safety compliance, and handle inventory, cash control, and bank deposits. Manage a minimum of 48 hours per week with hands-on automotive experience preferred. Complete CBT and management training modules. Join South Bay Lube, Inc. DBA Jiffy Lube, which has operated 34 locations across Florida since 1992, supporting community initiatives like Toys for Tots.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail, hospitality, or automotive management
- Valid Driver's License
- Age 18+
- Fluent in English
- Reliable attendance
- Communication skills
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Able to work on your feet
- Required to work a minimum of 48 hours per week
- Completion of CBT and management training modules
