Job Summary
Support the General Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing management, baking production monitoring, and ice cream preparation. Coach and train team members to deliver exceptional guest service while enforcing company policies and operational procedures. Assist with hiring, onboarding, employee development, and scheduling to manage labor effectively. Maintain inventory, ensure product quality and food safety standards, and resolve guest concerns professionally. Develop Shift Leaders and crew members to promote accountability and teamwork. Complete all operational checklists accurately and assist with local marketing and community engagement activities.
