Job Summary
General Manager-related leadership role at Great American Cookies & Marble Slab Creamery. Manages daily store operations, mentors and trains team members, supports hiring/onboarding, ensures product quality and food safety, oversees baking and ice cream prep, openings/closings, scheduling/labor, inventory, and local marketing/community engagement. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, guest service excellence, developing shift leaders and crew, and ensuring operational checklists are completed. Must enable exceptional guest experiences through strong communication, leadership, and teamwork; prior restaurant/retail/hospitality leadership experience preferred; ServSafe certification preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
