Job Summary
Lead all aspects of the restaurant operation by hiring, training, and coaching a high-performing team while driving sales growth and managing labor and food costs. Deliver an exceptional guest experience through consistent execution of food quality, cleanliness, and service standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. Analyze performance data to implement action plans that achieve operational goals and develop future leaders by mentoring Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers. Build strong community relationships while partnering with the Regional Manager to continuously improve results.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment where required by state or local regulations
- Food safety certification
