Job Summary
Manage the complete and total operation of a Jersey Mike's store, driving sales, volume, service quality, customer satisfaction, and profit margins. Create employee schedules, place inventory orders, lead training, and participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions. Lead by example while maintaining excellent menu and product knowledge to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Serve Safe Certification and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
Desired Qualifications
- 2 Year QSR experience preferred
- Awesome personality
- Desire to improve self and skill sets
