Job Summary
Lead the overall operation and performance of your restaurant by driving sales growth while managing labor, food costs, and profitability. Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team to ensure consistent execution of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards. Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols while analyzing performance data to implement action plans. Build strong local community relationships and represent the brand through partnerships and events. Partner with the Regional Manager to continuously improve results and develop future leaders across all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment where required by state or local regulations
- Food safety certification

- Previous restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or multi-unit leader
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
- Passion for developing and mentoring others

- Understanding of restaurant financials, including labor, food cost, sales, and profitability
