Job Summary
Lead all aspects of the restaurant operation by driving sales growth, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring consistent execution of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards. Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team while developing future leaders from Crew Members through Assistant Managers. Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols, manage inventory and ordering, and analyze performance data to implement action plans. Build strong local community relationships and represent the brand while partnering with the Regional Manager to continuously improve results. Flexible availability required including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment where required by state or local regulations
- Food safety certification
