Job Summary
Lead all aspects of the restaurant operation by driving sales growth, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring consistent execution of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards. Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team while developing future leaders among Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers. Analyze performance data to implement action plans, maintain compliance with food safety regulations, and build strong local community relationships. Partner with the Regional Manager to continuously improve results and deliver the "Sub Above" guest experience. Requires previous restaurant management experience, flexible availability including weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

- Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment where required by state or local regulations
