Job Summary
Manage the complete store operation, including sales, volume, service quality, customer satisfaction, and profit margins. Create employee schedules, place inventory orders, lead training, and participate in management team meetings. Maintain menu and product knowledge while communicating effectively with guests in a fast-paced environment. Lead by example and thrive in a spirited culture focused on community and personal growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
Desired Qualifications
- 2 Year QSR experience preferred
- Desire to improve self and skill sets
