Job Summary
Manage the complete store operation, including sales, volume, service quality, customer satisfaction, and profit margins. Create employee schedules, place inventory orders, and lead staff training while participating in management team meetings and strategy sessions. Maintain excellent menu and product knowledge, communicate effectively with guests, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Ensure all employees complete required training programs and meet schedule requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements
- Reliable performer

- 2 Year QSR experience preferred
