Job Summary
Lead all aspects of the restaurant operation by driving sales growth, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring consistent execution of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards. Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team while maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Analyze performance data to implement action plans, develop future leaders, and build strong local community relationships. Partner with the Regional Manager to continuously improve results and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Flexible availability required for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
