Job Summary
Lead the overall operation and performance of the restaurant by driving sales growth, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring consistent execution of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards. Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team while maintaining compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating protocols. Analyze restaurant performance to implement action plans that achieve operational goals and partner with the Regional Manager to continuously improve results. Build strong relationships within the local community and develop future leaders by coaching Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers. Requires previous restaurant management experience, flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and reliable transportation.
