Job Summary
Lead the overall operation and performance of your restaurant while delivering an exceptional guest experience and ensuring consistent execution of food quality and cleanliness standards. Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team by building strong relationships within the local community and representing the brand. Drive sales growth while managing labor, food costs, and overall profitability through inventory control and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Analyze restaurant performance to implement action plans that achieve operational goals and partner with your Regional Manager to continuously improve results.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment where required by state or local regulations
- Food safety certification
