Job Summary
Lead all aspects of your restaurant operation by driving sales growth, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring consistent execution of food quality and cleanliness standards. Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team while maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols. Analyze performance data to implement action plans, develop future leaders, and build strong community relationships. Partner with your Regional Manager to continuously improve results. Requires previous restaurant management experience, flexible availability including weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience

- Food safety certification
