Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of store operations from food prep to guest interactions while championing exceptional service and leading by example. Set and achieve sales targets through optimized efficiency, manage inventory and costs, and mentor a high-performing team of Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs. Address guest concerns with professionalism, collaborate with regional teams to uphold brand standards, and create strategies to boost guest satisfaction and loyalty. Requires full-time availability for all shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of two years in management and direct P&L accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of successful management experience with direct P&L accountability
- Required Availability nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have experience supervising line staff and management positions
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and financial skills
- Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to apply sound judgment and lead with optimism
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Reliable transportation
- Current ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Food Handler Permit as required by local law
- Compliance with all local Health Department requirements
Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business or related field
- Service, hospitality, or retail/restaurant experience
- Experience coaching and developing teams in a retail or restaurant environment
