Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation; manage staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and compliance with company policies; develop staff and ensure excellent guest service and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age
- Be able to communicate in the predominant language(s) of the area
- Knowledge of service and food and beverage with at least three years in front-of-the-house operations or assistant management
- Excellent basic math skills; ability to operate a cash register/POS
- Stand for long periods (up to 5 hours)
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Stamina to work 55-65 hours per week
