Job Summary
Oversee plant operations as General Manager, directing production and administrative staff to achieve profitability, quality, and safety goals. Responsibilities include supervising production center employees, ensuring on-time service delivery, implementing preventive maintenance, enforcing quality management procedures, and maintaining environmental and safety standards. Lead cross-functional teams to improve cost structure, customer satisfaction, and overall facility performance, while communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and customers to uphold high standards of quality and service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in science or engineering
- 7-10 years of experience in managing production outcomes according to customer specifications
- previous experience in managing a team of at least 15 associates
- strong mechanical (and some electrical) aptitude
- experience in manufacturing/production environment and managing production cycles to deliver products/services on time
