Job Summary
Oversee all hotel operations and financial performance at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Seattle, including budgeting, forecasting, yield and revenue management; determine pricing strategy and manage revenue sources to exceed market-share occupancy and yield; lead Food & Beverage operations, collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B leaders on menus, promotions, and brand standards; supervise all departments, recruit, coach, and develop staff, and drive guest satisfaction and exceptional service; ensure adherence to health and safety standards and brand procedures; develop and execute business, sales, and marketing plans; deliver accurate monthly financial reports and manage cost controls and asset protection; require strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to grow revenues while maintaining high ethics and accountability; pay range noted applies to Seattle, WA and may adjust based on location, qualifications, and business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality managerial experience
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience overseeing Food & Beverage operations, budgeting, service standards, staffing, cost control, and guest satisfaction
- Ability to interact and coach all levels of management & staff
- Staff management: recruitment, training & motivation
- Development & execution of business, marketing & sales plans & operating budgets
- Proven track record in revenue management, exceeding market share and sales targets
- Strong financial planning, revenue management, and analytical abilities
