Job Summary
General Manager – India Channel responsible for leading India channel growth and partner strategy from the Bangalore office. Drive revenue growth, define partner portfolio, optimize margins, lead demand creation through distributor networks, and oversee cross-functional execution across sales, pricing, finance, operations, and supply chain. Own operating cadence with weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews, monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions. Build and develop a high-performing channel organization in India, influence senior stakeholders locally and globally, translate global strategies into locally relevant execution plans, and deliver measurable impact through strategic relationships with key partners and customer-facing initiatives.
