Job Summary
The General Manager in Training is responsible for executing the store plan to achieve sales, local marketing, and profit goals. Key responsibilities include meeting budgeted sales targets, setting controllable cost targets, developing marketing plans, staffing, training, managing the operating budget, and ensuring quality service and cleanliness. The ideal candidate has a college degree or equivalent experience, with 1-2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, and demonstrated ability in P&L analysis.

- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
