Job Summary
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, answer questions, and identify solutions offered by our pest prevention, termite protection, landscape, and irrigation services. Educate customers on product features based on their personal requirements while maintaining exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Drive new business development and demonstrate the internal motivation to excel in this performance-based path to operations and business unit management. This role offers access to multiple resources and industry-leading training to support your growth as a future leader within Massey Services.
Required Qualifications
- Must be adept in B2B sales and new business development
- Have the internal drive, independence and motivation to excel
- Consistent in providing exceptional customer service
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
