Job Summary
MIT program at RWB Thrift to become General Manager. Training includes learning to own store performance through P&L management, drive top-line sales and profitability, and lead operations and customer service. Responsibilities include managing backroom efficiency, ensuring production quotas are met, coaching and developing the Production and Retail Managers, dynamic staff scheduling, maintaining compliance with wage/hour laws, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will oversee onboarding, recruitment support, and building a bench strength for future openings, while coordinating with management to deliver a welcoming customer experience and strong store performance. English and Spanish proficiency is preferred. Pay range $80,000–$110,000 annually; full-time role with a path to store ownership upon successful completion of training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer facing experience is preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred
