Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience in restaurant operations
- 1 year of general management experience preferred OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- ATC Server Training Class within first 90 days
- ServSafe Certified within first 30 days of employment
- Valid Indiana Employee Alcohol Permit
- Valid ATC Server Training Certificate
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Possess or obtain liquor license and other required permits
- Able to manage cash handling and payroll processes
- Google Workspace proficiency
- Able to supervise staffing and scheduling
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Open to working various shifts including opening/closing
