Job Summary
Lead a team and drive business targets across multiple businesses during a 12-week induction program. Train and inspire staff while ensuring guests receive care and memorable dining experiences. Support operations to deliver high-quality food and drink, working shifts including weekends and evenings. Requires personal vehicle access to travel between district locations. Upon successful completion, candidates are assessed for progression to General Manager, Deputy, or Assistant Manager roles.
Required Qualifications

- Be a seasoned pro in leading a team and developing a business
- You may be currently working as a deputy manager, retail manager, store manager, catering manager or the manager of an independent business or equivalent
