General Manager in Training

General Manager in Training will complete Mister Car Wash’s Operations Leadership Program, including on-the-job training and online coursework with mentorship from a Certified Trainer. You will work with store management and team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience and maintain a clean, dry, and shiny car, provide training and performance evaluations for management and staff, monitor daily operations to uphold brand standards of quality, speed, throughput, cleanliness, and service, handle administrative duties such as financial reviews, shift schedules, and expense reports under guidance, and learn preventative maintenance with instruction from the Facilities Maintenance Team. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and people development, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt priorities to meet business needs. Experience as a leader and a calm, authoritative presence, combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and physically capable of the listed duties, are essential.
