Job Summary
Lead a team in a fast-paced salon to drive sales and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, setting and achieving sales goals, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining cleanliness, safety, client experience, and brand standards. Requires proven sales experience, leadership in a fast-paced environment, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent communication and team-building abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is a 40-45 hour, in-person role with physical duties including lifting and hands-on client interaction, with opportunities for advancement and training towards Salon Director.
Required Qualifications
