Job Summary
Manage the complete operations of a Jersey Mike's store, including driving sales volume, ensuring quality service, and maintaining profit margins. Create employee schedules, place inventory orders, and lead training while participating in management team meetings. Travel to Billings, MT for up to five days at a time to train with established management, stores, and staff. Work a minimum of 45 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Complete ServSafe Manager Certification during the 8 to 12-week training program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel to Billings, MT for UP TO five (5) day at a time to train with established management, stores, and staff, if necessary
- Must be ServSafe Manager Certified or complete it during the training period
- Must have open availability
- Must work a MINIMUM of 45 hours per week
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- Familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to work in any area of the restaurant when needed
- Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule
- Must be able to provide exceptional customer service
- Must demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and integrity
- Must demonstrate solid leadership characteristics
- 2 Years (Preferred) of high-volume restaurant supervisory experience, including some experience in a quick service or fast casual dining environment
