Job Summary
General Manager in Training for Domino’s Team Murph. Drives restaurant operations toward 5 Star Status, promotes the Domino’s brand through professionalism and effective communication, reviews daily sales, food cost and labor, ensures food safety compliance, trainsTeam Members, maintains high customer service levels, motivates staff, protects cash/inventory/assets, operates all equipment, stocks ingredients, prepares product, receives and processes telephone orders, takes inventory and paperwork, cleans equipment and facility daily. Program aims to develop candidates to become a restaurant General Manager and requires flexibility to open/close stores, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience (Domino’s experience preferred)
- At least 18 years old
- Pass background and drug screen
- Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/move up to 100% of the time
- Meet image standards
