General Manager in Training position with Domino’s Team Murph to participate in a progressive management-training program aimed at becoming a restaurant General Manager. Responsibilities include driving restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status, promoting the Domino’s brand through professionalism and communication, reviewing daily sales, food cost and labor with follow-up actions, ensuring food safety compliance, training Team Members, maintaining high customer service levels, motivating staff, protecting cash and inventory, operating all equipment, handling inventory and paperwork, and daily cleaning. Requires leadership, communication, and people-management skills; one year of management experience preferred; must be 18+, pass background and drug screen; valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and vehicle; flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays; ability to stand/move up to 100%.
