Job Summary
General Manager in Training at Domino’s Team Murph in San Antonio, TX. This role participates in a progressive management-training program designed to develop candidates into a restaurant General Manager. Responsibilities include driving restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status, promoting the Domino’s brand through professionalism and effective communication, reviewing daily sales, food cost and labor with follow-up actions, ensuring food safety compliance, training Team Members, maintaining high customer service levels, motivating staff, safeguarding cash, inventory, and other assets, operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling telephone orders, taking inventory and completing related paperwork, and keeping the facility clean on a daily basis. The position requires management experience, availability to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand or move for up to 100% of shift time.
Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred
- At least 18 years old and pass background and drug screening
- Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving
