Job Summary
General Manager in Training position at Domino’s Team Murph. The role focuses on driving restaurant operations toward 5 Star Status, delivering professional representation of the Domino’s brand, reviewing daily sales, food cost and labor, ensuring food safety, training team members, maintaining high customer service, motivating staff, safeguarding cash/inventory/assets, and performing typical restaurant duties (operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling orders, inventory, cleaning). Requires management experience, 18+ years old with background/drug screen, valid driver’s license with 2-year history, flexible schedule for opening/closing, and ability to stand/move for extended periods. Specific duties include staff leadership, training, operations oversight, and adherence to company guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred
- At least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen
- Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers
- The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including some nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving
