Job Summary
General Manager in Training at Domino’s Team Murph franchise (Texas/Tennessee) with a progressive training program to become a restaurant General Manager. Responsibilities include driving restaurant operations toward 5 Star Status, maintaining professionalism and brand representation, reviewing daily sales, food cost and labor, ensuring food safety compliance, training Team Members, delivering high levels of customer service, motivating staff, asset protection, operating all equipment, inventory management, taking customer orders, preparing products, and maintaining daily housekeeping and paperwork. The role requires flexibility to open/close, some nights/weekends/holidays, and training occurs at a nearby location for a new store that will open later; remote/hybrid not indicated. Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred
- At least 18 years old
- Pass background and drug screen
- Meet Image standards
- Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including some nights, weekends and holidays
- Schedule subject to change to cover store needs
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving
