Job Summary
General Manager in Training for Domino’s Team Murph. Responsible for driving restaurant operations toward 5 Star Status, promoting the Domino’s brand through professionalism and strong communication, reviewing daily sales, food cost and labor with follow-up actions, ensuring food safety compliance, and training Team Members. Leads customer service excellence, motivates staff, and protects cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines. Performs all typical team-member duties: operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling orders, inventory, and daily cleaning. Requires management experience (preferably with Domino’s), 18+ years old with background and drug screen, valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, some nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience (Domino’s experience preferred)
- At least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen
- Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving
