Job Summary
General Manager in Training for Domino’s Team Murph franchise. The role focuses on driving restaurant operations toward high performance, developing and supervising Team Members, ensuring food safety, maintaining inventory and cost controls, and delivering excellent customer service. Key duties include reviewing daily sales, food cost and labor; training staff; maintaining asset security; operating equipment; handling orders; and supporting a positive, professional work environment while progressing toward a Store General Manager position.
Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience (Domino’s experience preferred)
- At least 18 years old
- Pass background and drug screen
- Meet image standards
- Valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and insured vehicle
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/move up to 100% of work time
