Job Summary
General Manager in Training program with Domino’s Team Murph seeking candidates to join management as General Managers in Training. The role offers a progressive training path to become a restaurant General Manager, emphasizing leadership, operational excellence, customer service, and adherence to food safety. Responsibilities include driving restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status, reviewing daily sales and labor costs, ensuring food safety, training Team Members, maintaining high customer service, motivating staff, safeguarding cash and inventory, operating equipment, handling deliveries and inventory, processing telephone orders, and daily cleanups. The position requires management experience, a valid driver’s license, a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays), and the ability to work under pressure and with others, with confidentiality maintained per EEO guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience (Domino’s experience preferred)
- At least 18 years old
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Meet image standards
- Have a valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, analyze data, make judgments and decisions
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing store, some nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to stand or move up to 100% of work time
