Job Summary
General Manager in Training program at Domino’s Team Murph. The role involves driving restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status, promoting the Domino’s brand through professionalism and effective communication, reviewing daily sales, food cost, and labor with corrective follow-up, enforcing food safety compliance, training team members, maintaining high customer service standards, motivating staff, protecting cash, inventory, and other assets, operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling telephone orders, inventory and related paperwork, and daily cleaning. Requires at least 1 year of management experience (preferably with Domino’s), being 18+, passing background and drug screen, valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving history, ability to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends, holidays), and ability to stand/move up to 100% of shift.
Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred
- At least 18 years old
- pass background and drug screen
- Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers
- The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including some nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving
