Job Summary
General Manager in Training role at Domino’s Team Murph based in San Antonio, TX. The role involves leading restaurant operations to achieve high performance (5 Star Status), managing daily sales, food cost and labor, enforcing food safety, training Team Members, delivering excellent customer service, motivating staff, safeguarding cash and inventory, and performing core restaurant duties (operating equipment, stocking ingredients, food preparation, taking orders, inventory processing, and maintaining facility cleanliness). Requires management experience, 18+ years old, background/drug screening, a valid driver's license with driving history, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred
- At least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen
- Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers
- The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including some nights, weekends and holidays. Schedule subject to change to cover store needs
