Job Summary
General Manager in Training for Domino’s Team Murph in San Antonio, TX. Drives restaurant operations toward 5 Star Status, showcases Domino’s brand through professionalism and enthusiasm, reviews daily sales, food cost, and labor with follow-up actions, ensures food safety compliance, trains Team Members, maintains high customer service, motivates staff, and protects cash and inventory per company guidelines. Performs all general team duties: operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, handling telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, cleaning equipment and facilities. Requires management experience (preferred with Domino’s), 18+ years old with clear background/drug screening, valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle, ability to work flexible hours including openings/closings, and willingness to stand/move up to 100% of time. Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred
- At least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen
- Meet Image standards
- Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers
- The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including some nights, weekends and holidays. Schedule subject to change to cover store needs
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving
