Job Summary
General Manager in Training role within Domino’s Team Murph. Drive restaurant operations toward 5 Star Status, lead by example, and oversee training and development of Team Members to prepare for advancement to a Store General Manager. Responsibilities include reviewing daily sales, food cost and labor; ensuring food safety compliance; maintaining customer service excellence; protecting cash, inventory, and assets; operating equipment; stocking ingredients; receiving and processing telephone orders; inventory and related paperwork; and daily cleaning of equipment and facility. Requires flexibility to open/close the store, including some nights, weekends, and holidays. Location: San Marcos, TX. In-person training program with a fast-paced, enthusiastic work environment.
Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience (previous Domino’s experience preferred)
- At least 18 years old
- Pass background and drug screen
- Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Schedule subject to change to cover store needs
- Ability to stand or move up to 100% of the time
- Meet image standards
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients and receive/process orders
- Prepare product
- Complete inventory and paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
