Job Summary
General Manager in Training for Domino’s Team Murph franchise. The role focuses on driving restaurant operations to achieve high customer satisfaction, reviewing daily sales, food cost and labor, ensuring food safety, training team members, maintaining customer service standards, motivating staff, and protecting company assets. Responsibilities also include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, handling orders, inventory and related paperwork, and daily cleaning. Candidates should have management experience, be 18+, pass a background and drug screen, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, meet image standards, and be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. The program aims to develop individuals into a Restaurant General Manager through a progressive training path.
Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred
- At least 18 years old
- pass background and drug screen
- Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers
- Meet Image standards
- The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including some nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving
