Job Summary
Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status by reviewing daily sales, food cost, and labor while ensuring food safety compliance and protecting cash and inventory assets. Lead by example to motivate staff, establish high customer service standards, and ensure proper training of Team Members. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery to storage, prepare product, and process telephone orders. Clean equipment and facility daily, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Maintain a valid driver's license with two years of driving history and meet image standards. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with availability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving.
Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience
- Previous Domino's experience
- At least 18 years old
- Pass background and drug screen
- Meet Image standards
- Valid driver's license
- 2-years driving history
- Insured vehicle for driving managers
- Ability to direct activities
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
