General Manager in Training with Domino’s Team Murph is seeking motivated individuals to join our management development program. You will work toward becoming a restaurant General Manager by gaining hands-on experience in operations, sales review, food safety, training, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include driving 5-star operations, managing food costs and labor, ensuring food safety compliance, training team members, maintaining cash/inventory security, and leading staff with professionalism and strong communication. Mentorship and advancement are emphasized, with opportunities to progress from CSR/Delivery to store leadership. To succeed, candidates should have at least one year of management experience (preferred with Domino’s), be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license with two years of driving history and insurance, be able to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays), and demonstrate the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team while maintaining high customer service standards.
