Job Summary
General Manager in Training program at Domino's Pizza focusing on developing leadership and operational skills. Responsibilities include leading staff, delivering excellent customer service, processing orders, handling cash and inventory, entering orders via computer systems, achieving store goals, motivating team members, safeguarding assets, and assisting with day-to-day store operations. Training and orientation provided; candidate should be capable of managing in a fast-paced environment, performing basic math, and using computer/POS equipment to support store profitability and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience
- At least 18 years old and pass background screening and drug test
- Have a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including some nights, weekends and holidays
- Proficient with using a POS, 10-key, Microsoft Office, and office machines/equipment
- The ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving
