Job Summary
General Manager In Training leads store performance, team leadership, and operational excellence for a RPM Pizza Domino’s franchise in Baton Rouge. Responsibilities include training and developing Team Members, maintaining food safety and health standards, delivering consistent product quality and customer service, managing sales, labor, inventory, scheduling, and forecasting, executing local store marketing, upholding brand standards, and ensuring punctuality and accountability. Must work 40+ hours weekly including nights, weekends, and holidays; requires strong leadership, math and technology skills, ability to pass background/drug screening, and a food safety certification. Fostering a positive, high-energy culture and representing the brand are key components of this role.
Required Qualifications
- AM4 or prior General Manager with District Manager approval and good standing
- General Manager in Training Program completion or equivalent required
- Proven success in a high-volume environment
- Strong math, technology, and leadership skills
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Required food safety certification per local regulations
