Job Summary
General Manager in Training overseeing store performance, team leadership, and operational excellence. Leads by example, enforces RPM/Domino’s policies, and drives results through people development, food safety, customer service, and financial performance. Key duties include coaching and developing Team Members, sustaining a positive culture, ensuring compliance with standards, managing sales/labor/inventory/cash handling/scheduling/forecasting, executing local store marketing, upholding brand standards, handling attendance and punctuality, resolving issues, operating kitchen and office tools, and potentially driving for deliveries or local marketing. Must work a schedule of 40+ hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications include GM experience or completion of the General Manager in Training program, high-volume success, strong math/tech/leadership skills, background/drug screening, and local food safety certification.
Required Qualifications
- AM4 or prior General Manager with District Manager approval and good standing
- General Manager in Training Program completion or equivalent required
- Proven success in a high-volume environment
- Strong math, technology, and leadership skills
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Required food safety certification per local regulations
