General Manager in Training responsible for overall store performance, team leadership, and operational excellence in a Domino’s franchise. Leads by example, develops Team Members, ensures compliance with RPM/Domino’s safety and quality standards, drives results through people development, food safety, customer service, and financial performance. Key duties include training and coaching Team Members, maintaining product quality and store image, managing sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, forecasting, and local store marketing; upholding brand standards; ensuring scheduling, attendance, and punctuality; resolving customer and team concerns; operating store equipment; and potentially driving for deliveries or local marketing. Requires AM4 or prior GM with District Manager approval, GM-in-Training program completion or equivalent, a proven track record in high-volume settings, strong math/tech/leadership skills, ability to pass background and drug screening, and a required food safety certification per local regulations. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds with assistance), and work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. EEO statement included.
