Job Summary
Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and product quality while upholding health code standards. Drive local store marketing, inventory and labor management, and scheduling to achieve sales and profitability. Demonstrate leadership through coaching, training Team Members, and adherence to RPM, Domino’s, and state policies. Requires GM leadership qualifications (AM4, GMITO class), ability to pass background/drug tests, and in-store, high-volume operations experience; role is in-person at Indianapolis, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an AM4, or prior GM with DM approval
- Must have completed GMITO Class or equivalent and have a store ready AM4 as a replacement
- Must pass all background and drug tests
- Demonstrated high volume mentality and supervised in a store that exceeds RPM Service Standards
- Be an RPM Brand Ambassador who upholds all standards and consistently make perfect product
