The General Manager In Training oversees store performance, team leadership, and operational excellence, driving results through people development, safety, customer service, and financial performance. Responsibilities include coaching Team Members, maintaining compliance with RPM/Domino’s standards, managing scheduling, labor, inventory, cash handling, and forecasting, executing local store marketing, upholding brand standards, resolving customer and team concerns, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining a positive work environment. Requires leading by example, 40+ hour weeks (nights/weekends/holidays), and completion of the GM in Training program with prior GM experience and strong leadership, math, and tech skills, plus ability to pass background and drug screening and to obtain required food safety certification.
